In addition, Customers have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR in conjunction with Section 19 BDSG).

8. Right to object and other rights

If a customer has consented to the processing of the personal data concerning him or her for one or several specified purposes, the Customer has the right to revoke this content with effect for the future.

In particular, Customers are entitled to object, free of charge, to any processing of personal data for the purpose of website analysis or the detection, limitation or rectification of malfunctions or errors in the website, with effect for the future. An email to info@bioevoly.com or the address specified in Section 1 suffice for this purpose.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, any data subject has the right to complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of their place of residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged violation, if the data subject believes that the processing of the personal data concerning their person breaches this regulation.
