If the item is available in our inventory, we promptly ship it via UPS Express Saver for next-day delivery. Due to our extensive product range of approximately 10,000 items, we may not stock all products. In such cases, we will arrange the shipment from our suppliers after receiving your order. Our suppliers typically ship on Fridays, with delivery to your address expected the following week or two.
If you cancel before shipping, no charges apply. Once shipped, a 25% processing fee applies. Additional fees may apply for return shipments.
